–Delivery time-1-7 working days (depending on order)
–We use Royal Mail or DHL for delivery service
–Parcel weight has to be no more 15kg
–Delivery cost is £5.99 ( UK mainland)
– Delivery outside UK mainland -please check shipping costs and be aware of longer shipping term (usually 2 working days).
Orders placed on Thursdays, Fridays Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped next week
Returns:
No returns are accepted without prior authorisation.
Please note that all questions regarding returns and refunds must be directed to us within 24 hours of order delivery.
In addition, we cannot be responsible for the taste quality of the products.
In case you have received a flawed product, product with tampered or damaged packaging – we guarantee a replacement, reshipment or a refund.
